What are your delivery times?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched on the same business day *or promptly the following day.
If your order is placed after this time it will be dispatched the following business day. If your order is placed after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) your order will be dispatched the following business day.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We ship to New Zealand only at the moment.
What is ATL?
All orders are shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave). This means that if the driver deems a delivery safe to do so, without someone signing for the package, that this will be done. If you wish to avoid this scenario, we encourage you to ship your order to a location that you will be present at during the day, or to a business address.

How can I amend or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed we are unfortunately unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order. If you need to change your order or shipping details, please contact our Customer Care team straight away at contact@maariaconceptstore.com or +61448671528 and our team will advise the status of your order and if changes can be made.
What is your processing time?
Your order will be dispatched the same day if the order placed before 12pm AEST. Otherwise the following day.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at contact@maariaconceptstore.com
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.

Do you offer exchange for faulty items?
Our team quality controls and inspects all items to the highest standard before they are dispatched. If you receive an item that is incorrect or appears to be not right, please contact our Team immediately by email at contact@maariaconceptstore.com or +61448671528 with your order number and images of the fault or issue you have experienced.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, by accident, miss-use or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions provided with the item or online may not be considered faulty.
A thorough internal and/or external assessment of the item is carried out to ensure the best possible outcome. If an item has been approved faulty (which may happen on rare occasions) Maaria Concept Store will firstly try to replace the item and if a replacement is unsuccessful will provide a credit note or refund where applicable.

Exchange & Refunds
How can I return my products?
Online orders may be returned to a Maaria Concept Store in Melbourne or Brisbane store for no additional cost, within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy:
- The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery, underwear, and swimwear are unable to be returned.
- Returns will not be processed on items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Orders will only be exchanged, not refunded, unless faulty
If your return does not meet these conditions we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you.
All items purchased online can be returned for a credit note.
A return fee of $16 will apply to Australian returns to cover the cost of the return shipping label and will be deducted from the refund of the credit note amount.
Please take care when sending back your item. Any items lost in the post are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer exchanges or credit notes. We always recommend keeping a hold of tracking numbers to avoid missing parcels.
How can I change my product for a different size or style?
We advise returning your item to our store for either a different product or credit note.
How long is my credit note valid for?
Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use either online or in-store. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit note.
Credit notes are to be treated like cash. Maaria Concept Store is not responsible for misuse or mishandling of credit notes.
What are the processing times for returns?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has processed your return.

All discount codes can be applied in your My Cart page or at the Checkout before payment.
Enter your gift voucher or coupon code into the field next to “Have a gift voucher or coupon code?” and make sure you click the “apply code” button.
You will then be provided with your new order total.
Forgot to apply the code?
It can be very difficult for us to apply the code after you have placed your order, so hopefully you didn't forget!

Occasionally a Credit card will fail to make payment if there are insufficient funds.

International to Australia?
If you are an international customer in Australia, please make sure your bank will allow you to make an international transaction.
Sometimes their security is way to good, and they stop the transaction from occurring because they want to keep your account safe.
